Hosea 7:3

בְּרָעָתָ֖ם יְשַׂמְּחוּ־מֶ֑לֶךְ וּבְכַחֲשֵׁיהֶ֖ם שָׂרִֽים׃

braʿatam yshamḥv-melek vbkaḥasheyhem shariym

They make the king glad with their wickedness, and the princes with their lies.
