Por esta causa la maldición consumió la tierra, y los que en ella habitan fueron asolados; por esta causa fueron consumidos los moradores de la tierra, y disminuyeron los hombres.
Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
עַל־כֵּ֗ן אָלָה֙ אָ֣כְלָה אֶ֔רֶץ וַֽיֶּאְשְׁמ֖וּ יֹ֣שְׁבֵי בָ֑הּ עַל־כֵּ֗ן חָרוּ֙ יֹ֣שְׁבֵי אֶ֔רֶץ וְנִשְׁאַ֥ר אֱנ֖וֹשׁ מִזְעָֽר׃
ʿal-ken ʾalah ʾaklah ʾereṣ vayeʾshmv yoshbey bah ʿal-ken ḥarv yoshbey ʾereṣ vnishʾar ʾenvosh mizʿar
