Isaiah 37:25

I have digged, and drunk water; and with the sole of my feet have I dried up all the rivers of the besieged places. {besieged: or, fenced and closed}

I have dug and drunk water, and with the sole of my feet I will dry up all the rivers of Egypt.”

אֲנִ֥י קַ֖רְתִּי וְשָׁתִ֣יתִי מָ֑יִם וְאַחְרִב֙ בְּכַף־פְּעָמַ֔י כֹּ֖ל יְאֹרֵ֥י מָצֽוֹר׃

ʾaniy qartiy vshatiytiy mayim vʾaḥrib bkaf-pʿamay kol yʾorey maṣvor
