Y oyó decir acerca de Tirhaca rey de Etiopía: «Ha salido para pelear contra ti.» Al oírlo, envió mensajeros a Ezequías, diciendo:
And he heard say concerning Tirhakah king of Ethiopia, He is come forth to make war with thee. And when he heard {it}, he sent messengers to Hezekiah, saying,
וַיִּשְׁמַ֗ע עַל־תִּרְהָ֤קָה מֶֽלֶךְ־כּוּשׁ֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר יָצָ֖א לְהִלָּחֵ֣ם אִתָּ֑ךְ וַיִּשְׁמַע֙ וַיִּשְׁלַ֣ח מַלְאָכִ֔ים אֶל־חִזְקִיָּ֖הוּ לֵאמֹֽר׃
vayishmaʿ ʿal-tirhaqah melek-kvsh leʾmor yaṣaʾ lhilaḥem ʾitak vayishmaʿ vayishlaḥ malʾakiym ʾel-ḥizqiyahv leʾmor
