En las alturas abriré ríos, y fuentes en medio de los valles; haré el desierto un estanque de aguas, y la tierra árida en manantiales de agua.
I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.
אֶפְתַּ֤ח עַל־שְׁפָיִים֙ נְהָר֔וֹת וּבְת֥וֹךְ בְּקָע֖וֹת מַעְיָנ֑וֹת אָשִׂ֤ים מִדְבָּר֙ לַאֲגַם־מַ֔יִם וְאֶ֥רֶץ צִיָּ֖ה לְמוֹצָ֥אֵי מָֽיִם׃
ʾeptaḥ ʿal-shpayiym nharvot vbtvok bqaʿvot maʿyanvot ʾashiym midbar laʾagam-mayim vʾereṣ ṣiyah lmvoṣaʾey mayim
