Isaiah 47:1

רְדִ֣י ׀ וּשְׁבִ֣י עַל־עָפָ֗ר בְּתוּלַת֙ בַּת־בָּבֶ֔ל שְׁבִי־לָאָ֥רֶץ אֵין־כִּסֵּ֖א בַּת־כַּשְׂדִּ֑ים כִּ֣י לֹ֤א תוֹסִ֙יפִי֙ יִקְרְאוּ־לָ֔ךְ רַכָּ֖ה וַעֲנֻגָּֽה׃
rdiy vshbiy ʿal-ʿapar btvlat bat-babel shbiy-laʾareṣ ʾeyn-kiseʾ bat-kashdiym kiy loʾ tvosiypiy yiqrʾv-lak rakah vaʿanugah

Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: {there is} no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.

Modern English

“Come down, and sit in the dust, virgin daughter of Babylon. Sit on the ground without a throne, daughter of the Chaldeans. For you will no longer be called tender and delicate.
