Isaiah 47:13

נִלְאֵ֖ית בְּרֹ֣ב עֲצָתָ֑יִךְ יַעַמְדוּ־נָ֨א וְיוֹשִׁיעֻ֜ךְ הברו הֹבְרֵ֣י שָׁמַ֗יִם הַֽחֹזִים֙ בַּכּ֣וֹכָבִ֔ים מֽוֹדִיעִם֙ לֶחֳדָשִׁ֔ים מֵאֲשֶׁ֥ר יָבֹ֖אוּ עָלָֽיִךְ׃
nilʾeyt brob ʿaṣatayik yaʿamdv-naʾ vyvoshiyʿuk hbrv hobrey shamayim haḥoziym bakvokabiym mvodiyʿim leḥodashiym meʾasher yaboʾv ʿalayik

Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels.
