He aquí, la mano del SEÑOR no se ha acortado para no salvar; ni su oído se ha vuelto torpe para no oír.
Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
הֵ֛ן לֹֽא־קָצְרָ֥ה יַד־יְהוָ֖ה מֵֽהוֹשִׁ֑יעַ וְלֹא־כָבְדָ֥ה אָזְנ֖וֹ מִשְּׁמֽוֹעַ׃
hen loʾ-qaṣrah yad-yhvah mehvoshiyʿa vloʾ-kabdah ʾaznvo mishmvoʿa
