Isaiah 63:6

And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.

I trod down the peoples in my anger, and made them drunk in my wrath, and I poured out their lifeblood on the earth.”

וְאָב֤וּס עַמִּים֙ בְּאַפִּ֔י וַאֲשַׁכְּרֵ֖ם בַּחֲמָתִ֑י וְאוֹרִ֥יד לָאָ֖רֶץ נִצְחָֽם׃

vʾabvs ʿamiym bʾapiy vaʾashakrem baḥamatiy vʾvoriyd laʾareṣ niṣḥam
