Isaiah 66:1

כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם כִּסְאִ֔י וְהָאָ֖רֶץ הֲדֹ֣ם רַגְלָ֑י אֵי־זֶ֥ה בַ֙יִת֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תִּבְנוּ־לִ֔י וְאֵי־זֶ֥ה מָק֖וֹם מְנוּחָתִֽי׃
koh ʾamar yhvah hashamayim kisʾiy vhaʾareṣ hadom raglay ʾey-zeh bayit ʾasher tibnv-liy vʾey-zeh maqvom mnvḥatiy

Thus saith the LORD, The heaven {is} my throne, and the earth {is} my footstool: where {is} the house that ye build unto me? and where {is} the place of my rest?

Modern English

Yahweh says, “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build to me? Where will I rest?
