Isaiah 66:2

וְאֶת־כָּל־אֵ֙לֶּה֙ יָדִ֣י עָשָׂ֔תָה וַיִּהְי֥וּ כָל־אֵ֖לֶּה נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה וְאֶל־זֶ֣ה אַבִּ֔יט אֶל־עָנִי֙ וּנְכֵה־ר֔וּחַ וְחָרֵ֖ד עַל־דְּבָרִֽי׃
vʾet-kal-ʾeleh yadiy ʿashatah vayihyv kal-ʾeleh nʾum-yhvah vʾel-zeh ʾabiyṭ ʾel-ʿaniy vnkeh-rvḥa vḥared ʿal-dbariy
King James Version (KJV)

For all those {things} hath mine hand made, and all those {things} have been, saith the LORD: but to this {man} will I look, {even} to {him that is} poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

Modern English

For my hand has made all these things, and so all these things came to be,” says Yahweh: “but to this man will I look, even to he who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at my word.
