The which Jeremiah the prophet spake unto all the people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying,
אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֜ר יִרְמְיָ֤הוּ הַנָּבִיא֙ עַל־כָּל־עַ֣ם יְהוּדָ֔ה וְאֶ֛ל כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵ֥י יְרוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם לֵאמֹֽר׃
ʾasher diber yirmyahv hanabiyʾ ʿal-kal-ʿam yhvdah vʾel kal-yoshbey yrvshala͏im leʾmor
