el SEÑOR dice acerca del rey que está sentado en el trono de David y acerca de todo el pueblo que habita en esta ciudad, sus hermanos que no fueron con ustedes al cautiverio;
{Know} that thus saith the LORD of the king that sitteth upon the throne of David, and of all the people that dwelleth in this city, {and} of your brethren that are not gone forth with you into captivity;
כִּי־כֹ֣ה ׀ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה אֶל־הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ הַיּוֹשֵׁב֙ אֶל־כִּסֵּ֣א דָוִ֔ד וְאֶל־כָּל־הָעָ֔ם הַיּוֹשֵׁ֖ב בָּעִ֣יר הַזֹּ֑את אֲחֵיכֶ֕ם אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹֽא־יָצְא֥וּ אִתְּכֶ֖ם בַּגּוֹלָֽה׃
kiy-koh ׀ ʾamar yhvah ʾel-hamelek hayvosheb ʾel-kiseʾ david vʾel-kal-haʿam hayvosheb baʿiyr hazoʾt ʾaḥeykem ʾasher loʾ-yaṣʾv ʾitkem bagvolah
