El SEÑOR, que da el sol como luz durante el día y las ordenanzas de la luna y las estrellas como luz durante la noche, que agita el mar para que sus olas rujan; el SEÑOR de los ejércitos es su nombre, dice:
Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, {and} the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts {is} his name:
כֹּ֣ה ׀ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה נֹתֵ֥ן שֶׁ֙מֶשׁ֙ לְא֣וֹר יוֹמָ֔ם חֻקֹּ֛ת יָרֵ֥חַ וְכוֹכָבִ֖ים לְא֣וֹר לָ֑יְלָה רֹגַ֤ע הַיָּם֙ וַיֶּהֱמ֣וּ גַלָּ֔יו יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת שְׁמֽוֹ׃
