Jeremiah 42:2

וַיֹּאמְר֞וּ אֶֽל־יִרְמְיָ֣הוּ הַנָּבִ֗יא תִּפָּל־נָ֤א תְחִנָּתֵ֙נוּ֙ לְפָנֶ֔יךָ וְהִתְפַּלֵּ֤ל בַּעֲדֵ֙נוּ֙ אֶל־יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ בְּעַ֖ד כָּל־הַשְּׁאֵרִ֣ית הַזֹּ֑את כִּֽי־נִשְׁאַ֤רְנוּ מְעַט֙ מֵֽהַרְבֵּ֔ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר עֵינֶ֖יךָ רֹא֥וֹת אֹתָֽנוּ׃
vayoʾmrv ʾel-yirmyahv hanabiyʾ tipal-naʾ tḥinatenv lpaneyka vhitpalel baʿadenv ʾel-yhvah ʾeloheyka bʿad kal-hashʾeriyt hazoʾt kiy-nishʾarnv mʿaṭ meharbeh kaʾasher ʿeyneyka roʾvot ʾotanv

And said unto Jeremiah the prophet, Let, we beseech thee, our supplication be accepted before thee, and pray for us unto the LORD thy God, {even} for all this remnant; (for we are left {but} a few of many, as thine eyes do behold us:) {Let...: or, Let our supplication fall before thee}

and said to Jeremiah the prophet, “Please let our supplication be presented before you, and pray for us to Yahweh your God, even for all this remnant; for we are left but a few of many, as your eyes see us;
