Porque el SEÑOR asola a Babilonia y destruye de ella la gran voz. Sus olas rugirán como muchas aguas; se levantará el ruido de su voz.
Because the LORD hath spoiled Babylon, and destroyed out of her the great voice; when her waves do roar like great waters, a noise of their voice is uttered:
כִּֽי־שֹׁדֵ֤ד יְהוָה֙ אֶת־בָּבֶ֔ל וְאִבַּ֥ד מִמֶּ֖נָּה ק֣וֹל גָּד֑וֹל וְהָמ֤וּ גַלֵּיהֶם֙ כְּמַ֣יִם רַבִּ֔ים נִתַּ֥ן שְׁא֖וֹן קוֹלָֽם׃
kiy-shoded yhvah ʾet-babel vʾibad mimenah qvol gadvol vhamv galeyhem kmayim rabiym nitan shʾvon qvolam
