Josué hirió así toda la tierra: la montaña, el Néguev, la llanura y las laderas, junto con todos sus reyes. No dejó nadie con vida, sino que destruyó todo lo que respiraba, conforme a lo que el SEÑOR, Dios de Israel, había mandado.
So Joshua smote all the country of the hills, and of the south, and of the vale, and of the springs, and all their kings: he left none remaining, but utterly destroyed all that breathed, as the LORD God of Israel commanded.
וַיַּכֶּ֣ה יְהוֹשֻׁ֣עַ אֶת־כָּל־הָאָ֡רֶץ הָהָר֩ וְהַנֶּ֨גֶב וְהַשְּׁפֵלָ֜ה וְהָאֲשֵׁד֗וֹת וְאֵת֙ כָּל־מַלְכֵיהֶ֔ם לֹ֥א הִשְׁאִ֖יר שָׂרִ֑יד וְאֵ֤ת כָּל־הַנְּשָׁמָה֙ הֶחֱרִ֔ים כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר צִוָּ֔ה יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
vayakeh yhvoshuʿa ʾet-kal-haʾareṣ hahar vhanegeb vhashpelah vhaʾashedvot vʾet kal-malkeyhem loʾ hishʾiyr shariyd vʾet kal-hanshamah heḥeriym kaʾasher ṣivah yhvah ʾelohey yishraʾel
