Josué les dijo: «Si sois un pueblo numeroso, subid al bosque y desmontad tierra allí para vosotros en la tierra de los ferezeos y de los refaítas, ya que la montaña de Efraín os resulta estrecha.»
And Joshua answered them, If thou {be} a great people, {then} get thee up to the wood {country}, and cut down for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the giants, if mount Ephraim be too narrow for thee. {giants: or, Rephaims}
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר אֲלֵיהֶ֜ם יְהוֹשֻׁ֗עַ אִם־עַם־רַ֤ב אַתָּה֙ עֲלֵ֣ה לְךָ֣ הַיַּ֔עְרָה וּבֵרֵאתָ֤ לְךָ֙ שָׁ֔ם בְּאֶ֥רֶץ הַפְּרִזִּ֖י וְהָֽרְפָאִ֑ים כִּֽי־אָ֥ץ לְךָ֖ הַר־אֶפְרָֽיִם׃
vayoʾmer ʾaleyhem yhvoshuʿa ʾim-ʿam-rab ʾatah ʿaleh lka hayaʿrah vbereʾta lka sham bʾereṣ hapriziy vharpaʾiym kiy-ʾaṣ lka har-ʾeprayim
