E Israel envió mensajeros a Sihón rey de los amorreos, rey de Hesbón, y le dijo Israel: 'Déjanos pasar, por favor, por tu tierra hasta mi lugar.'
And Israel sent messengers unto Sihon king of the Amorites, the king of Heshbon; and Israel said unto him, Let us pass, we pray thee, through thy land into my place.
וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ מַלְאָכִ֔ים אֶל־סִיח֥וֹן מֶֽלֶךְ־הָאֱמֹרִ֖י מֶ֣לֶךְ חֶשְׁבּ֑וֹן וַיֹּ֤אמֶר לוֹ֙ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל נַעְבְּרָה־נָּ֥א בְאַרְצְךָ֖ עַד־מְקוֹמִֽי׃
vayishlaḥ yishraʾel malʾakiym ʾel-siyḥvon melek-haʾemoriy melek ḥeshbvon vayoʾmer lvo yishraʾel naʿbrah-naʾ bʾarṣka ʿad-mqvomiy
