Gaal hijo de Ebed salió y se puso a la entrada de la puerta de la ciudad. Entonces Abimelec se levantó y el pueblo que estaba con él, de la emboscada.
And Gaal the son of Ebed went out, and stood in the entering of the gate of the city: and Abimelech rose up, and the people that {were} with him, from lying in wait.
וַיֵּצֵא֙ גַּ֣עַל בֶּן־עֶ֔בֶד וַיַּעֲמֹ֕ד פֶּ֖תַח שַׁ֣עַר הָעִ֑יר וַיָּ֧קָם אֲבִימֶ֛לֶךְ וְהָעָ֥ם אֲשֶׁר־אִתּ֖וֹ מִן־הַמַּאְרָֽב׃
vayeṣeʾ gaʿal ben-ʿebed vayaʿamod petaḥ shaʿar haʿiyr vayaqam ʾabiymelek vhaʿam ʾasher-ʾitvo min-hamaʾrab
