Malachi 1:9

וְעַתָּ֛ה חַלּוּ־נָ֥א פְנֵי־אֵ֖ל וִֽיחָנֵ֑נוּ מִיֶּדְכֶם֙ הָ֣יְתָה זֹּ֔את הֲיִשָּׂ֤א מִכֶּם֙ פָּנִ֔ים אָמַ֖ר יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃
vʿatah ḥalv-naʾ pney-ʾel viyḥanenv miyedkem haytah zoʾt hayishaʾ mikem paniym ʾamar yhvah ṣbaʾvot

Modern English

“Now, please entreat the favor of God, that he may be gracious to us. With this, will he accept any of you?” says Yahweh of Armies.
