Aquel día fue muy reñida la batalla; y Abner y los hombres de Israel fueron vencidos delante de los siervos de David.
And there was a very sore battle that day; and Abner was beaten, and the men of Israel, before the servants of David.
וַתְּהִ֧י הַמִּלְחָמָ֛ה קָשָׁ֥ה עַד־מְאֹ֖ד בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֑וּא וַיִּנָּ֤גֶף אַבְנֵר֙ וְאַנְשֵׁ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לִפְנֵ֖י עַבְדֵ֥י דָוִֽד׃
