¿Suena la trompeta de alarma en la ciudad sin que el pueblo se estremezca? ¿Ocurre alguna calamidad en la ciudad sin que el SEÑOR la haya causado?
Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done {it}? {be afraid: or, run together?} {the LORD...: or, shall not the LORD do somewhat?}
אִם־יִתָּקַ֤ע שׁוֹפָר֙ בְּעִ֔יר וְעָ֖ם לֹ֣א יֶחֱרָ֑דוּ אִם־תִּהְיֶ֤ה רָעָה֙ בְּעִ֔יר וַיהוָ֖ה לֹ֥א עָשָֽׂה׃
ʾim-yitaqaʿ shvopar bʿiyr vʿam loʾ yeḥeradv ʾim-tihyeh raʿah bʿiyr vayhvah loʾ ʿashah
