Por tanto, mis lomos se han llenado de dolor; angustias me han tomado como angustias de mujer en parto; me afané al oír, y al ver me he espantado.
Therefore are my loins filled with pain: pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman that travaileth: I was bowed down at the hearing {of it}; I was dismayed at the seeing {of it}.
עַל־כֵּ֗ן מָלְא֤וּ מָתְנַי֙ חַלְחָלָ֔ה צִירִ֣ים אֲחָז֔וּנִי כְּצִירֵ֖י יֽוֹלֵדָ֑ה נַעֲוֵ֣יתִי מִשְּׁמֹ֔עַ נִבְהַ֖לְתִּי מֵרְאֽוֹת׃
ʿal-ken malʾv matnay ḥalḥalah ṣiyriym ʾaḥazvniy kṣiyrey yvoledah naʿaveytiy mishmoʿa nibhaltiy merʾvot
