¿Acaso yo haré nacer y no daré a luz?», dice el SEÑOR. «¿Acaso el que hace nacer clausurará la matriz?», dice tu Dios.
Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the LORD: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut {the womb}? saith thy God. {not...: or, not beget?}
הַאֲנִ֥י אַשְׁבִּ֛יר וְלֹ֥א אוֹלִ֖יד יֹאמַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה אִם־אֲנִ֧י הַמּוֹלִ֛יד וְעָצַ֖רְתִּי אָמַ֥ר אֱלֹהָֽיִךְ׃
haʾaniy ʾashbiyr vloʾ ʾvoliyd yoʾmar yhvah ʾim-ʾaniy hamvoliyd vʿaṣartiy ʾamar ʾelohayik
