«Por tanto, no ores por este pueblo. No levantes clamor ni súplica por ellos, porque no los escucharé en el tiempo que me clamen a causa de su aflicción.
Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear {them} in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble. {trouble: Heb. evil}
וְאַתָּ֗ה אַל־תִּתְפַּלֵּל֙ בְּעַד־הָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֔ה וְאַל־תִּשָּׂ֥א בַעֲדָ֖ם רִנָּ֣ה וּתְפִלָּ֑ה כִּ֣י אֵינֶ֣נִּי שֹׁמֵ֗עַ בְּעֵ֛ת קָרְאָ֥ם אֵלַ֖י בְּעַ֥ד רָעָתָֽם׃
vʾatah ʾal-titpalel bʿad-haʿam hazeh vʾal-tishaʾ baʿadam rinah vtpilah kiy ʾeyneniy shomeʿa bʿet qarʾam ʾelay bʿad raʿatam
