«Si corriste con los de a pie y te cansaron, ¿cómo podrás competir con los caballos? Y si en tierra de paz te sientes seguro, ¿qué harás en la espesura del Jordán?
If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and {if} in the land of peace, {wherein} thou trustedst, {they wearied thee}, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?
כִּ֣י אֶת־רַגְלִ֥ים ׀ רַ֙צְתָּה֙ וַיַּלְא֔וּךָ וְאֵ֥יךְ תְּתַֽחֲרֶ֖ה אֶת־הַסּוּסִ֑ים וּבְאֶ֤רֶץ שָׁלוֹם֙ אַתָּ֣ה בוֹטֵ֔חַ וְאֵ֥יךְ תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה בִּגְא֥וֹן הַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃
kiy ʾet-ragliym ׀ raṣtah vayalʾvka vʾeyk ttaḥareh ʾet-hasvsiym vbʾereṣ shalvom ʾatah bvoṭeḥa vʾeyk taʿasheh bigʾvon hayarden
