Así llegaron Gedeón y los cien hombres que estaban con él al extremo del campamento a comienzos de la guardia de en medio, cuando acababan de poner la guardia; y tocaron las trompetas y rompieron los cántaros que llevaban en sus manos.
So Gideon, and the hundred men that {were} with him, came unto the outside of the camp in the beginning of the middle watch; and they had but newly set the watch: and they blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers that {were} in their hands.
וַיָּבֹ֣א גִ֠דְעוֹן וּמֵאָה־אִ֨ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־אִתּ֜וֹ בִּקְצֵ֣ה הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֗ה רֹ֚אשׁ הָאַשְׁמֹ֣רֶת הַתִּֽיכוֹנָ֔ה אַ֛ךְ הָקֵ֥ם הֵקִ֖ימוּ אֶת־הַשֹּֽׁמְרִ֑ים וַֽיִּתְקְעוּ֙ בַּשּׁ֣וֹפָר֔וֹת וְנָפ֥וֹץ הַכַּדִּ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר בְּיָדָֽם׃
vayaboʾ gidʿvon vmeʾah-ʾiysh ʾasher-ʾitvo biqṣeh hamaḥaneh roʾsh haʾashmoret hatiykvonah ʾak haqem heqiymv ʾet-hashomriym vayitqʿv bashvoparvot vnapvoṣ hakadiym ʾasher byadam
